My boss pose. ^_^
Imagining my blogging future. ^_^
Hi Friends! I’m back and I will be sharing how to simply style a white outfit. I am so excited writing and sharing this post with you. It was an adventure taking these photos and I loved every moment. It’s been raining hard here in California and I hope everyone is safe from where you are.
I don’t know about you, but I love white outfit. It looks clean and fresh. Honestly, if I can get away with it, I probably fill my closet with different style of white outfit. Unfortunately, as much as I love white outfit, its difficult for me to find something that flatters my skin tone and body type. I am top heavy meaning my cup size is larger than norm and white outfit can accentuate this even more. This outfit I am wearing was inspired by the cold rainy weather we’ve been getting here in California. It has been gloomy and wet, but somehow this white ensemble brightened it a bit.
I wore a white light weight pull over sweater from Forever21 over white jeans from Ae.com and accessories with gold jewelry. My necklace from MadeByMary is dainty and cute. I love how delicate it looks and yet it is made sturdy and I know it will last a long time. It is special, because engraved are my son’s name and my husband’s and I’s initial. It is personal and I love it. My watch was gifted by my Mother-in-law a couple of years back and I can’t find the certain style anymore. I put a similar link above. My shoes were comfy and adorable. I’m trying to find if they have the same style online, because at the outlet where I bought them, it was on sale for $19.99! I have been eyeing this shoes for quite a while and when I saw it was on sale I had to buy it.
Now, I want to share a little bit about our photoshoot for this outfit post. My photographer (my husband) and I were thinking where to shoot this outfit that will make sense, right? I told him, I know a place I came across before while biking that might be a great place to take it at. So we went and gave it a look. This was a railroad track and we were lucky that a train was parked there. Normally, this track is empty. We had fun taking pictures I did not realize how far we’d walked and looking back we’re we started I wanted him to carry me. Ha Ha
Finally, my husband kept getting ideas on where to pose or stand or climb! Yes climb. I even told him that his creative vision requires me to be fit and it is a motivation to keep up with my New Years Resolution (Laughing out Loud). I was glad that the train driver was nice to let us do our thing. His engine was on and it sounded like he was ready to go, but we we’re able to finish taking pictures and he did not stopped us at all. We even had the chance to take pictures in front of the train.
I secretly enjoyed the thrill, it brought me back to when my husband and I started dating and we had our “mini adventures.” To me it was a perfect day. I got to shoot for this blog post and I was able to have fun. How about you? How was your week? Let me know in the comment below. I’d love to hear your story.
