How to Style Denim on Denim

Hi, Friends! Last week was my first to miss a post and I feel so bad. My husband and I have been busy with life. As much as we wanted to have a post up, it was not happening. Good news is, I’m back this week. We took a lot of pictures to make sure we have enough for the next weeks.

I’m uber excited about this denim on denim post. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while, but I cannot find the right combination. Then, I signed up with Le Tote a clothing subscription site that sends outfits to your doorstep. You decide whether you want to keep the items or send them back. A personal stylist chooses a couple of outfits for you to try. You can buy the whole box of items or select what you want and send rest back on the prepaid bag they provide you.

In my case, I kept everything! Talk about splurging. It definitely was impulsive, but worth it. A little backstory on how I signed up with Le ToteGetheartbeat.co a site that sends paid promotional campaign to bloggers/influencers like me to post on Instagram. Le Tote is one of the campaigns they sent me to promote.

The instructions were to sign up with Le Tote and place an order using their code. I did exactly as instructed and placed my order. My initial thoughts were, once I receive the items I will take pictures and return EVERYTHING back. Of course, Le Tote‘s stylist knows what they’re doing and sent me items that are AMAZING! Every single item fits and made my shopping life easy. Yes, the items are individually expensive (I wouldn’t even try it on in-store, because of the price). Luckily, I receive a code for a discount (Phew.)Le Tote offers two subscriptions: One subscription the same as I have. You only place a box order when you need it and they send brand new items on your box. The second subscription is month to month and you pay a small fee of $59.00. Your stylist will pick out outfits for you to try on that month and return when done. The only downside to this option is you will not get brand new items. They are used but pre-washed before it sent out to you. If you’re okay with that then it’s a cheaper option, but you don’t get to keep the items (as far as I know, but I’m not 100% sure.)Okay, now to my denim on denim outfit. My top and jacket are both from my Le Tote box (This post is not sponsored by Le Tote.) I love this denim bomber jacket. It’s lightweight and it will match a lot of my outfits. It’s the perfect transitional piece for fall/winter. Jeans are from Urban Outfitters. Bought these jeans when they had the buy one get one 50% off sale. I’m pleasantly surprised by how it fits and the length is perfect.

I’m petite and it’s hard for me to find jeans that won’t need hemming. These jeans from Urban Outfitters are a perfect fit. Denim on denim look is a classic outfit and anyone can wear this look.
